I am a recent school leaver and am looking to find work where I can put my skills to
good use. I completed my education to A-level standard. I am a hard working,
confident young person who gets on well with people of all age groups. I have
extensive knowledge of Microsoft products and feel confident mentoring and
supporting others to use them. I have been a student counsellor giving support and
guidance to children with disabilities and liaising with teaching staff.

Work Experience
I have helped customers and staff through incorporating ‘show and tell skills’ to
assist them with digital technology. I have also supported staff with general admin
including complex filing systems, photocopying and ad hoc duties. Supported the
running of a Jobs Fair, assisting various companies with their recruitment and
received positive feedback regarding how I conducted myself.

I dealt with a wide variety of calls from different areas of the business including
stores, warehouses and central users, as well as management. Providing support on
Mainframe, Microsoft applications, Oracle and multiple in house systems. All were
dealt with in a respectable and professional manner. I learnt responsibility and
accountability as according to ITIL and learned how to prioritise incidents in order to
cause minimum disruption to the business. Other duties included liaising with 3rd
party suppliers such as Fujitsu and Vodafone, making clear and concise notes for
any issues that required handing over to the night shift and using the Textburst
system to notify key business contacts of any major/P1 incidents affecting their
areas.
