XBRL Mandate XBRL must be hosting data on filer’s IR site Must remain there for at least 12 months Within same calendar day No requirement to do more than provide the RAW XBRL

It’s midway through earnings season and 61 companies (as of 5 pm today) have produced XBRL statements under the SEC mandate for reporting periods ending after June 15.The bad news is few if any issuer websites are giving shareholders more than a basic view of XBRL statements. Many IROs have a view that more sophisticated XBRL tools on IR websiteswould only benefit retail investors only.

The feeling is they get all their information from proprietary systems.
