This document provides an overview of the Global Reservation and Distribution System called FlexBook. FlexBook is a globally available reservation system that can manage reservations for resources like hotel rooms, meeting rooms, and equipment as well as events like conferences, workshops, and tours. It provides a flexible system that can be used by businesses in various sectors like conferences, sports centers, rentals, healthcare, and more. The system allows providers to manage resources with calendars and availability, events can be one-time or recurring, and users can make and pay for reservations. It also includes features like notifications, reports, tickets, and integrations for payments and websites. FlexBook is offered as a monthly SaaS solution with various support plan options.
