• Saint Valentine’s Day started with on old tale of a priest named Valentine, who
wrote letters to his girlfriend who lived so far away from him. Since then people
got used to send letters to their loved ones in this day.

• In the USA, people celebrate St. Valentine’s Day on Frebruary 14th
• On this date, they send secret greeting cards to their loved ones or Valentine’s.

2. • In Colombia, people play “Secret Friend” with their mates at school or work.
• In Europe, children sing special Valentine’s Day songs, and they receive candies,
money or fruits.

a) In my country this day is celebrated twice during the year , personally I do not
usually celebrate it but other people do

night, when each one takes course to their own home.

my mother’s home. It’s a special date and we’ll try to integrate all family with food and a
