  • Slide 35 is incorrect in a couple ways. I agree People don't move through steps the same way, but the behavior theory isn't 'linear' as the slide attempts to point out. Sadly to many health professionals live by these behavior change 'theories' as opposed to focusing in on the real issue with health, wellness, culture and environment
