2. College Links is the pre-college component of
the INROADS Internship experience. College Links
addresses the need to prepare and strengthen the
pipeline of underserved talent from high school
through the chief executive office. Our goal is to motivate and prepare
academically high-performing students for a holistic college and career
experience. College Links provides needed access to career immersion
activities and goal planning, while improving educational outcomes
for under-served students interested in STEM (Science, Technology
Engineering, and Math) and business careers.
