As a problem solver at heart, I believe that empathising with a users context is key to building products that matter and eventually contribute to the company's bottom line. This is why I believe in Product Development as a discipline and way of thinking as opposed to a mere role. My approach when crafting digital products is largely informed by the following industry practices which put users, feedback and constant improvement at the fore front: - Design thinking - Design sprints - Rapid Prototyping using tools such as Invision, Adobe Expereince XD, Adobe Illustrator, Principle and Framer - Use of Empathy maps and User Stories for persona creation.
