11. In College I worked with Portland Council on an AD Campaign
12. Portland Campfire partnered with a local magazine and was given ad space. We were asked to create an ad that would fit their program. This is what I came up with and Campfire uses it today. Meet Derek. He has a big mouth. He can fit fifteen marshmallows in his mouth and say pudgy bunny. He saved the day through mouth-to-mouth resuscitation which he learned at Portland Camp Fire.
13. The Idea behind the ad came from meeting a kid involved in the program. He said it was fun and they help the community. After brainstorming this is the thinking behind the ads. 1) Meet a Kid from Campfire Tell an interesting fact about him/her How is it used for Campfire Another Example Meet Terra. She likes to play with her hands in terra firma. With these hands she planted over 40 trees in Oregon Forests with Campfire.
14. XPLOREGON was an idea I had during the ad campaign. Campfire used the word and created a program to Explore Oregon. This is how I contributed.
