I asked Does anyone have experience with special challenges for professional services firms developing social media strategies?

SMACAD – Spring 2011 <ul><li>Takeaways from the Lesson 1 exercise </li></ul><ul><li>I suspect it's harder to ask questions about a professional service, say coaching or social media strategy, than about a brand or product – X brand tractors, Y brand computer </li></ul><ul><li>because of the policing of some platforms against questions that are really promos, albeit thinly disguised, it's smart (for me at least) and surely more productive in the long run to phrase the question in terms more about the problem a prospective customer would like solved </li></ul><ul><li>I now have some invaluable ideas and shared experience from those who responded </li></ul>
