या आलू का परांठा दूषण फै लाता है?
जरा सो चये,
आलू का परांठा,
तवे पे पड़कर,
घी म डूबकर,
तला सा जाता.
घी क खुशबू,
गम! म तपकर,
आटे से #मलकर,
तवे पर जलकर,
नथुन& म भर जाती.
रसोई गवाह है,
उस धुएं क ,
रसोई क द/वार,
सहमी सी ह0,
अपने ऊपर लगे
दाग& से सकु चाती .
आभार,
उस चमनी का
जो इस धुंए को
रसोई से बाहर है करती,
जले चाहे पड़ोसन,
कु ढ़े चाहे पडोसी.
मौन ह0 सरकार,
मौन है जनता,
सद6 के मौसम म,
आलू का परांठा ह/,
हर रसोई म बनता.
और 8फर,
जब भी सद6 आती,
:द;ल/ का <दूषण बढ़ जाता.
हर सद6 म,
म0 सोच म पड़ जाता..
?या वाकई,
आलू का परांठा,
<दूषण है फै लाता?
Can our cooking create
pollution?
While you prepare your
delicious food, fumes
containing particulate
matter are added to
atmosphere. Probably
that is the reason that
pollution index is
generally found more in
densely populated
areas.
The matter has been
prepared on a funny
note, and there is no
intention to go against
this delicious foodstuff.
However, it is requested
from food technologists
to develop preparing
guidelines so that ‘Aloo
Paranthas’ can be
prepared with less
pollution.
