Develop a Client Engagement Marketing Strategy
With so much noise in the market today, cutting through and reaching the clients
you’d like to work with can be a challenge. That’s why I’ve developed the Client
Engagement approach to marketing.
Reference: Marketing Strategy
Instead of creating more noise and trying to compete with the brands
and businesses around you, we will focus primarily on your clients,
their challenges and their motivations, so we can help you deliver
engaging messages right to their door.
The essence of client engagement marketing is a desire to be of
service, providing a ‘taste test’ to build the ‘know, like and trust’
factor, having a deep understanding of your clients’ needs, and
providing exceptional service that goes beyond expectations.
Does this sound a bit old-fashioned? Don’t worry, we also harness the
power of the latest marketing tools if they are a fit for your business –
but we don’t insist that you tweet or put up a Pinterest board just for
the sake of it!
Client Engagement Marketing goes beyond simply generating masses
of leads and enquiries. Client engagement is about quality
interactions, quality leads and quality connections. It’s about moving
from transactions with customers to relationships with clients.
Here’s an overview of the seven steps:

Your vision, profit goals, objectives, product & service vortex
DIFFERENTIATE
Define your Value proposition, position your services, products and
offers as solutions
RESONATE
Develop your Ideal Client Avatar and key marketing messages
VALIDATE
Provide a “no risk taste offer”, develop your nurture programs, gather
and share your social proof, case studies and testimonials
AMPLIFY
Build your audience, find their “Watering Holes”, select and develop
your Marketing Tools, establish alliances and joint ventures
RETAIN
Focus on customer service, introduce the surprise and delight factor,
develop Loyalty and Referral Programs
ACT – Marketing Strategies and Action Plan
Prioritise activities, develop goal Horizons 1, 2 and 3, and commit to a
Monthly Marketing Action Plan
