3. What to do 1. Get a good night sleep 2. Drink lots of water, not alcohol 3. Pack your swim stuff before you hit the sack 4. Don't anticipate too much so you can sleep
4. On that day Too late to start second guessing yourself!
5. Ready or not, here goes! 1. Don't skip breakfast 2. Show up on time 3. Listen to what the Instructor is saying 4. Make sure you fill up the DSD Brochure completely 5. Ask questions if you don't fully understand something
6. During the in-water exercises 1. Watch the instructor demonstrate the skills 2. Note the steps and attributes of the skills 3. When it's your turn to perform, do it slowly and calmly 4. If you feel it wasn't perfect, ask to do it again 5. Don't worry, you are breathing air. Just breathe continuously.
7. Time to tour and explore 1. Adjust your buoyancy 2. Remember, up is the wrong way to go 3. Keep calm and breathe deeply 4. It should be effortless so stop doing lotsa things 5. Watch your guage and enjoy the experience
8. After the site tour 1. Listen to the debriefing, it is good for you 2. Change to your dry clothes 3. Log your details in the logbook page of your brochure 4. Laugh some more and share what you experienced with the other participants 5. Let your friends and family experience it too. So tell them about it.
