coffee is unhealthy because it contains
caffeine; clearly they are
unaware of the health
benefits from this popular
beverage.

health benefits from coffee and nearly all of them
have come up with similar results. The caffeine in
coffee acts as a stimulant
which makes us more alert
and makes us feel more
energetic. This comes in
handy in the morning when
we feel tired and want to

Superfood. For those who don’t know, a
Superfood is something that is considered to
be beneficial for health and well-being.

caffeine helps in fighting

8. • I believe that drinking coffee has more pros
than cons. I drink a cup or more almost every
day of the week. It is said that the caffeine
gives this beverage somewhat of an addictive
quality which I believe.
I do often have coffee
cravings.

coffee that you will likely go a few days of
minor headaches, anxiety, and cravings known
as “caffeine withdrawal”
however the typical
duration of this is only
about 2-3 days.
10. • I plan on continuing my coffee drinking habit
mainly because it is tastes great, wakes me up
in the morning, and is proven to be beneficial
to your health which is a plus in my books.
