usually dropping the
verb BE:
«objects seen»
instead of «objects
were seen»

2. The PRESENT SIMPLE is used to show immediacy and add impact.

Critical» the verb
BE is dropped,
together with
GRAMMAR words
like the or a.
TO+Infinitive is used to announce future events, dropping the verb BE
and the word going: «Panel to look into law change»
SUBJECTS are also dropped if unnecessary: «PM says (he) can...»

4. PUNS (plays on words), RHYMES, POP CULTURE REFERENCES and
ALLITERATION (repetition of a sound) make headlines more catchy.
