Starting my career in 1997 in the IT Recruitment field, specifically in the IT consulting arena. The first 6 years in Agencies (including my own), the next 8 as an In-house Recruiter/Manager, a relatively short stint in the Talent Acquisition Consulting space and as of 2011, the Director of Recruitment of an IT Services and solutions company. My goal is to continually add value to my clients using innovative techniques to attract and then retain the best talent in the marketplace.
