10. What are my challenges
•One of the biggest challenges in course
design is creating a course consistent with
the organization’s learning objectives. Often
courses are built around fuzzy objectives
where the expected outcome isn’t quite
clear. Another issue is that the course
doesn’t end up meeting the objectives.
Dr.T.V.Rao MD 10
11. Learning Objectives
• Learning Objectives Require
Clear Goals Why is the
course being built? What is
expected after the person
takes the course?
Understanding this helps
you create learning
objectives to meet the
expectations .
Dr.T.V.Rao MD 11
12. Best way to Improve our talents on
WORLD WIDE WEB
•One of the best ways to
build good eLearning is
to get close to those who
are going to take the
courses. This is because
they often understand
the content in a different
way than the
organization does.
Dr.T.V.Rao MD 12
13. I get my feed back and Try to Correct and
Revise
• Distance learning involves
interaction at a distance
between instructor and learners,
and enables timely instructor
reaction to learners. Simply
posting or broadcasting learning
materials to learners is not
distance learning. Instructors
must be involved in receiving
feedback from learners.
Dr.T.V.Rao MD 13
14. Creating a Page on Facebook changes how I am
accepted by many younger medical professionals
•Rao’s Microbiology

•Many younger and even
senior Medical
Microbiologists and many
Doctors and nurses all
over the globe are my

Dr.T.V.Rao MD 15
16. Best way to survive in e-learning / e-teaching
