3. SKK IEEC Introduction
SKK IEEC has been officially established in 1995, and has more than 20 years
of experience in the education field. SKK IEEC has already gotten a Certificate
of Registration from TESDA(Technical Education and Skills Development
Authority)，and also has gotten SSP (Special Study Permit) from the Philippine
Immigration(We’ve got that permit in 2008). We’ve offered ESL curriculum
such as TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC/General ESL and also offered Atlanta University
and National High School distance learning programs. These programs could
help student get high school or university degree the same as with US. For the
facility part, we are also trying our best to provide high quality facilities to
students.

Philippines is the only country where stipulates English as a National Language in Asia. And Cebu is the second biggest
city in the country. Cebu has a lot of foreigners who are living here, and all of them just use English for communication.
SKK IEEC is located between C.I.S(Cebu International School)and Pit-os High School, so it made the best circumstances
to learning English.
• Cheap Commodity Price and Use 1:1Class type mainly
If you are learning at Cebu, you just spend a small amount of tuition fee, but you could learn high level of English. It is
Cebu’s strong point and also the reason why you should learn English language in here. Learning English compared to
another English countries such as U.S.A, British, Australia have to spend a lot of money and usually the class type is
1:30. So it can easily make you spend big amount of money and you do not learn English well. 。
• More Than 20years Teaching Experience
SKK IEEC provides to students general ESL course（TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, SAT）and also Camp course. And we also
have Atlanta University and National High School distance learning programs. SKK IEEC has more than 20 years
teaching experience in the education field. So we will use our experience in teaching students.
• Great Natural Environment
Philippines consists of 7,107 islands which are categorized broadly under three main geographical divisions: Luzon,
Visayas, and Mindanao. Cebu located in Visayas area which has a lot of foreigners lived. Cebu island as compared to
other island doesn’t have too much earthquake and typhoon. And also it is one of the most safe city in the Philippines,
