Main Project Features:
Implement embankment against erosion, construct walkways, pavements and concrete
sewers, plant trees and arrange green grass beds along the river and arroyo banks in
LIAs 10, 12, 17, 18. Total embankment length is 3,147 m (of which reinforced concrete
embankment is 1,033m long in LIA 17, LIA 18, embankment’s length is 2,114m in the
remaining LIAs).
Construct new road which serves as main route to LIA 9 and residential quarters of
ward 8 in Tinh doi channel. Total length of the road construction is 863.8 m, road
width is 12m (including 2 lanes of 6m wide each), pavement’s width is 6.5m at two
sides.

Tien Section – HCM city Urban Railway Construction Project – Funded by JICA.

Main Project Features:
The HCMC UMRT Line 1 project is a mass rapid transit construction project between Ben Thanh and Suoi Tien along the
Hanoi Highway. The total route length is 19.7 km long which consists of a 2.2 km long underground section and a 17.5 km
long elevated section. The study are to develop an implementation plan of a feeder bus network along the HCMC UMRT Line
1 and to conduct a feasibility study and basic design of intermodal facilities in station areas of the HCMC UMRT Line 1. The
design includes:
- Design station plazafor 10 stations of the project.
- Design bus station, car station, bus parking, car parking, motorcycle’s parking for passengers for 10 stations.
- Design additional pedestrian bridges as well as elevator, escalator,… to connect to thedesigned stations.
- Design landscape for the area.

Funded by ADB.

Main Project Features:
The Second Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS) Southern Coastal Corridor Project (Second GMS-SCCP) is proposed to
construct the missing sections of this GMSroad corridor in Kien Giang province in the southern coastal area of Viet Nam.
The proposed Second GMS-SCCP will construct the remaining 84km (between Ha Tien to Rach Gia) of QL80 route in Viet
Nam; construct the new 7.5km Minh Luong T-junction bypass from the end of the Rach Gia bypass at Rach Soi to the start of
the Tac Cau bypass; and (iii) upgrade Ha Tien (formerly Xa Xia) cross border facilities and streamline border crossing
procedures. In tune with one of the strategic thrusts of the GMS Strategic Framework (2012-2022), the proposed Second

GMS-SCCP is a necessary precondition for promoting broader economic corridor development.

Main Project Features:
Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway is one of 16 expressways under Eastern North-South Expressway according to
“Development planning of Vietnam expressway network toward 2020 and the vision after 2020”. Project Scale:
- Total length of the whole route is about 58.5Km. Location of the project: Long An province ( Ben Luc, Can Giuoc
districts); Ho Chi Minh City (Districts of Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Can Gio) and Dong Nai province (districts of Nhon Trach,
Dong Nai).
- Starting point of the project: The intersection point between Ho Chi Minh City- Trung Luong expressway and Ring Road
3 project (at about Km12+100 – Station of HCM –Trung Luong Expressway).
- Ending point of the project: The intersection point with Bien Hoa- Vung Tau expressway, phase 1, the ending point of the
project is located at the interchange with National Highway QL51 (at about Km35+350 – Station of National Highway
51).

Main Project Features:
HCM - Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway is one of 16 expressways under Eastern North-South Expressway according to
“Development planning of Vietnam expressway network toward 2020 and the vision after 2020”. Project Scale:
- Total length of the whole route is about 53Km. Location of the project: Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai province. This
expressway will connect with planned Long Thanh’s airport which will help create a part of the Southern Economic
Corridor under Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) from Bangkok to Phnom Penh – Ho Chi Minh
- Starting point of theproject: The intersection point with East – West highway (An Phu district 2, Ho Chi Minh City)
- Ending point of the project: Theintersection point with Dau Giay, Dong Nai province.

(2) Name of assignment or project: Detailed Design for Mekong Delta Region Urban Upgrading Project - Ca Mau City Sub-Project - Funded by World Bank (WB). Year: December 2013 – June 2015 Location: Ca Mau province, Vietnam Client: CaMau city Urban Upgrading Project Management Unit Main Project Features: Implement embankment against erosion, construct walkways, pavements and concrete sewers, plant trees and arrange green grass beds along the river and arroyo banks in LIAs 10, 12, 17, 18. Total embankment length is 3,147 m (of which reinforced concrete embankment is 1,033m long in LIA 17, LIA 18, embankment’s length is 2,114m in the remaining LIAs). Construct new road which serves as main route to LIA 9 and residential quarters of ward 8 in Tinh doi channel. Total length of the road construction is 863.8 m, road width is 12m (including 2 lanes of 6m wide each), pavement’s width is 6.5m at two sides. (3) Name of assignment or project: Feasibility Study for Intermodal Transportation Strengthening Project (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien Section – HCM city Urban Railway Construction Project – Funded by JICA. Year: December 2013 – July 2014 Location: Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam Client: Japan InternationalCooperation Agency (JICA) Main Project Features: The HCMC UMRT Line 1 project is a mass rapid transit construction project between Ben Thanh and Suoi Tien along the Hanoi Highway. The total route length is 19.7 km long which consists of a 2.2 km long underground section and a 17.5 km long elevated section. The study are to develop an implementation plan of a feeder bus network along the HCMC UMRT Line 1 and to conduct a feasibility study and basic design of intermodal facilities in station areas of the HCMC UMRT Line 1. The design includes: - Design station plazafor 10 stations of the project. - Design bus station, car station, bus parking, car parking, motorcycle’s parking for passengers for 10 stations. - Design additional pedestrian bridges as well as elevator, escalator,… to connect to thedesigned stations. - Design landscape for the area. Year: 8/2012 – 6/2013 Location: Kien Giang, Vietnam Client: Cuu Long CIPM Main Project Features: The Second Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS) Southern Coastal Corridor Project (Second GMS-SCCP) is proposed to construct the missing sections of this GMSroad corridor in Kien Giang province in the southern coastal area of Viet Nam. The proposed Second GMS-SCCP will construct the remaining 84km (between Ha Tien to Rach Gia) of QL80 route in Viet Nam; construct the new 7.5km Minh Luong T-junction bypass from the end of the Rach Gia bypass at Rach Soi to the start of the Tac Cau bypass; and (iii) upgrade Ha Tien (formerly Xa Xia) cross border facilities and streamline border crossing procedures. Year: 02/2011 - 08/ 2012 Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Long An province, Vietnam Client: Vietnam Expressway Company (VEC) Main Project Features: Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway is one of 16 expressways under Eastern North-South Expressway according to “Development planning of Vietnam expressway network toward 2020 and the vision after 2020”. Project Scale: - Total length of the whole route is about 58.5Km. Location of the project: Long An province ( Ben Luc, Can Giuoc districts); Ho Chi Minh City (Districts of Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Can Gio) and Dong Nai province (districts of Nhon Trach, Dong Nai). - Starting point of the project: The intersection point between Ho Chi Minh City- Trung Luong expressway and Ring Road 3 project (at about Km12+100 – Station of HCM –Trung Luong Expressway). - Ending point of the project: The intersection point with Bien Hoa- Vung Tau expressway, phase 1, the ending point of the project is located at the interchange with National Highway QL51 (at about Km35+350 – Station of National Highway 51). Year: 06/2010 to 01/2012 Location: Ho Chi Minh city and Dong Nai province, Vietnam Client: Vietnam Expressway Company (VEC) Main Project Features: HCM - Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway is one of 16 expressways under Eastern North-South Expressway according to “Development planning of Vietnam expressway network toward 2020 and the vision after 2020”. Project Scale: - Total length of the whole route is about 53Km. Location of the project: Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai province. This expressway will connect with planned Long Thanh’s airport which will help create a part of the Southern Economic Corridor under Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) from Bangkok to Phnom Penh – Ho Chi Minh - Starting point of theproject: The intersection point with East – West highway (An Phu district 2, Ho Chi Minh City) - Ending point of the project: Theintersection point with Dau Giay, Dong Nai province.
