- 16. Performs benchmark analysis and feasibility studies as part of system requirements and definition
- 17. Able to facilitate a structured walkthrough of code to assist in validating requirements traceability or a coverage matrix
- 18. Participates in testing of the system and helps identify Root Cause Analysis
- 20. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- 21. Good listener and observer
- 22. Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
- 24. May hold CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) through IIBA
- 25. Participates in external standards organizations, industry groups, panels, etc. that can continue to build knowledge, provide information on industry trends and best practices
