As a Project Manager, you will develop and manage information technology (IT) project plans, schedules, and deliverables. A critical component of your previous work experience will be demonstrated success identifying and negotiating to secure resources necessary to meet project goals. You will leverage such experience along with your ability to develop and execute project communication plans as well as mitigation plans for project Issues, Risks, and Help Needed.Your communication and leadership skills are key determinants for a project's success. The Project Manager will prioritize and coordinate the activities of the project team in conjunction with the Program Management Office (PMO) and the integrated schedule and metrics. Your responsibilities will include assuring that project deliverables are properly documented as well as coordinating and overseeing supplier activities. The successful Project Manager's communication to the team and management will facilitate decision making and corrective action and provide on-going, project status. The successful candidate will facilitate and coordinate actions and requirements between technical teams and IT management throughout the end-to-end lifecycle of an application, following waterfall and agile methodologies. Ideal experience will include previous employment with a global consulting firm (Big4) or demonstrated experience leading multifunctional and multicultural project teams within a complex business environment. <br />Opportunity: IT Project Manager with focus on software development and the application of Program Management Best Practices.
