Why?
For all my photos I will make sure
that I take them outside (unless it is
raining) and take them in the day
time, this is because I will use the
sun as my main light source and I
can use the grass as an area where
the models can sit on.

For most of my photos I will mainly
being doing mid-close up shots, this
is because they include the persons
head to the middle of their arms,
therefore the audience will be
focused on them. I may use a long
shot when taking a photo of the boy
bands as this way the target
audience can see their fashion style.
For all of the photos I will have high
key lighting, this is so that the
target audience can see the people
clearly. I am planning to edit the
photos in Photoshop once I have
taken them, to do this I will sharpen
the photos so they are better
quality and I may also crop them so
that the person is in the middle of
the photo.
When taking the photos I will need some
equiptment, this will consist of:
 Camera
 Tripod
 Props for the people I am taking
photos of (hair pieces, phones and
guitar)

The clothes that the model will wear
will be fashionable and something
that young teens will want to buy to
look like their idols. These types of
clothing are very stereotypical of
celebrities in a pop magazine
because they are fashionable and
easy to buy from a high street store.
I plan to use young teens in the
magazine because they are the
same age as the target audience
and boys also look like they could be
in a boy band. I will use a girl to
display the fashion clothing and
some photos on the front cover and
contents page, as she can be the
main cover story because the target
audience are also girls.

When taking the photos I will need
permission from the people who I
am taking a photo of. I will need to
tell them where the photo of them
will be going and they should agree.
When I was asking for permission, I made

I will be taking the photos in the
public park, this is because it is a
nice open space, however I will
make sure that there is an adult
When taking the photos, I need to be aware
of people who may not be welome when
taking photos of the people, therefore an
adult will always be present.
