  4. 4. 1. Manage Your Feedback Loops. Any time someoneclicks the "spam" button in your email client,they should be removed from your listimmediately.
  5. 5. 2. Be clear with your opt-in process/subscriberexpectations. What are they opting in "FOR" andhow often are they expecting to get emails fromyou?
