I have a passion for digital because it's so damn useful. Brands create greater connections with people by doing something useful, rather than purely telling them about their product or service. So, throughout my career I have focused on translating marketing goals and complex customer needs into useful customer experiences.
I have over 15 years of digital experience, from creative director of an internet hot shop, to co-founder of an internet start-up, to senior digital strategist for two of Australia's biggest ad agencies. I’ve created digital strategies for clients such as Nestle, Telstra, Tourism NSW, Coke, IBM and American Express.
