Principle of Operation
EJCDP Differential Pressure Transmitter
The differential pressure transmitter includes two
functional units:
—Main unit
—Auxiliary Unit
The main unit includes a sensor and process
connection. The completely welded sensor module is a
twin-chamber system with an integral overload
diaphragm, an absolute pressure sensor, a
temperature sensor and the silicon differential pressure
sensor. The absolute pressure sensor, which is only
exposed to the pressure at the high pressure side, acts
as a reference value to compensate for the static
pressure. The temperature sensor as a temperature
compensated reference value to compensate for the
temperature drift.
RP1002/3 Gauge/Absolute Pressure
Transmitter
The gauge/absolute pressure transmitter includes two
functional units:
—Main unit
—Auxiliary Unit
The main unit includes gauge/absolute/temperature
sensors and process connection. The low pressure
span completely welded sensor module is a
twin-chamber system with an integral overload
diaphragm, and a silicon pressure sensor. The
temperature sensor as a temperature compensated
reference value to compensate for the temperature
drift.
Main Specification
The differential pressure transmitter utilize the
world's leading high stability silicon sensor, the
highest Reference Accuracy is ±0.05%;
Micro-differential pressure transmitter utilize the
world's leading dual overload diaphragm patented
technology, the highest Reference Accuracy is
±0.075%;
The differential pressure transmitter working
pressure are 16 MPa, 25 MPa and 40MPa, the
one-way overload pressure up to 40MPa;
The absolute pressure sensor packaged in the
differential pressure transmitter, can be used for
static pressure measurement, display , and the
static pressure compensation. The minimum of
the static error is ≤±0.05 %/10MPa;
High sensitivity temperature sensor packaged in
the sensor. The minimum of the temperature error
is ≤±0.04 %/10K;
Stainless steel 316L and silicone oil filling welded
seal structure;
Micro-pressure / absolute pressure transmitter
utilize the no pressure transmission loss overload

EJCDP-A High Performance Differential
Pressure Transmitter
The high performance differential pressure
transmitter EJCDP-A is suitable to measure liquid,
gas, or steam flow as well as liquid level, density and
pressure. EJCDP-A outputs a 4~20 mADC signal
corresponding to the measured differential pressure.
Its highly accurate and stable sensor can also
measure the static pressure which can be shown on
the integral indicator or remotely monitored via
HART communications. Other key features include
quick response, remote set-up using communications,
self-diagnostics and optional status output for
pressure high/low alarm.

Rotation in diaphragm plane has no effect. Tilting up to
90° will cause zero shift up to 0.4 kPa (40 mmH2O)
which can be corrected by the zero adjustment.
Output
Two wire 4~20 mADC output with digital
communications, linear or square root programmable.
HART FSK protocol are superimposed on the 4~20
mADC signal. Output range: 3.9 mA to 20.5 mA.
Failure Alarm (the mode can be selected)
Low Mode (min): 3.7 mA
High Mode (max): 21 mA
No Mode (hold): Keep the effective value before the
fault. Note: The standard setting of failure alarm is High
Mode.
Response Time
The amplifier damping constant is 0.1 sec; The sensor

EJCDP-B Differential Pressure Transmitter
EJCDP-C Differential Pressure Transmitter
The differential pressure transmitter EJCDP-B/C is
suitable to measure liquid, gas, or steam flow as well
as liquid level, density and pressure. EJCDP- B/C
outputs a 4~20mADC signal corresponding to the
measured differential pressure. Its highly accurate
and stable sensor can also measure the static
pressure which can be shown on the integral
indicator or remotely monitored via HART
communications. Other key features include quick
response, remote set-up using communications,
self-diagnostics and optional status output for
pressure high/low alarm.

Mounting Position Effects
Rotation in diaphragm plane has no effect. Tilting up to
90 degree will cause zero shift up to 0.4 kPa which can
be corrected by the zero adjustment.
Output
Two wire 4~20mADC output with digital
communications, linear or square root programmable.
HART FSK protocol are superimposed on the 4~20
mADC signal. Output range: 3.9 mA to 20.5 mA.
Failure Alarm (the mode can be selected)
Low Mode (min): 3.7 mA
High Mode (max): 21 mA
No Mode (hold): Keep the effective value before the
fault. Note: The standard setting of failure alarm is High
Mode.

EJCDM
Micro-differential Pressure Transmitter
The micro-differential pressure transmitter EJCDM is
suitable to measure liquid, gas, or steam flow as well
as liquid level, density and pressure. EJCDM -
outputs a 4~20mADC signal corresponding to the
measured differential pressure. Its highly accurate
and stable sensor can also measure the static
pressure which can be shown on the integral
indicator or remotely monitored via HART
communications. Other key features include quick
response, remote set-up using communications,
self-diagnostics and optional status output for
pressure high/low alarm.

EJCLT Differential Pressure Level
Transmitter
1 Application
The differential pressure level transmitter EJCLT is
suitable to measure liquid, gas, or steam flow as well
as liquid level, density and pressure. EJCLT outputs
a 4~20mADC signal corresponding to the measured
differential pressure. Its highly accurate and stable
sensor can also measure the static pressure which
can be shown on the integral indicator or remotely

2 Operation Theory and Structure
EJCLT differential pressure level transmitter is
composed of EJCLT series differential pressure
transmitter and the welding installation level flange.
The operation theory is the same as EJCLT series
differential pressure transmitter (consult EJCLT
series differential pressure transmitter general
specifications), Only the high pressure side of
pressure transmission path is different. The pressure
Loaded in the high side, pass from the isolation
diaphragm and silicone oil in the flange to the sensor.

The transmitter can be directly flanged in any position.
Preferably in such a position that the process flange
axes are vertical. Deviations from this can cause a shift
in the zero, which can be corrected. The electronic
housing can be rotated through 360°and can be fixed
in any position. A stop prevents the housing being
turned too far.

Pressure Transmitter
1 Application
The remote seal differential pressure transmitter
EJCDP is suitable to measure liquid, gas, or steam
flow as well as liquid level, density and pressure.
EJCDP outputs a 4~20mADC signal corresponding to
the measured differential pressure. Its highly
accurate and stable sensor can also measure the
static pressure which can be shown on the integral
indicator or remotely monitored via HART
communications. Other key features include quick
response, remote set-up using communications,
self-diagnostics and optional status output for
pressure high/low alarm. The range Limits is
0—1kPa~2MPa, The flange’s working pressure are
1.6/4MPa,6.4MPa,10MPa,150psi,300psi or 600psi.
2 Operation Theory and Structure
EJCDP remote seal differential pressure transmitter
is composed of EJCDP series differential pressure
transmitter and the welding installation remote seal
flange. The operation theory is the same as EJCDP
series differential pressure transmitter (see EJCDP
series differential pressure transmitter general
specifications), Only the pressure transmission path
is different. The pressure loaded in the high or low
side, pass from the isolation diaphragm and silicone
oil in the flange to the sensor.

HART FSK protocol are superimposed on the 4~20
mADC signal. Output range: 3.9 mA to 20.5 mA.
Failure Alarm (the mode can be selected)
Low Mode (min): 3.7 mA, High Mode (max): 21 mA
No Mode (hold): Keep the effective value before the
fault. Note: The standard setting of failure alarm is High
Mode.
5 Response Time
The amplifier damping constant is 0.1 sec; The sensor
and flange’s damping constant is 0.2~3 sec, it depends
on the range and range compression ratio. Amplifier
damping time constant is adjustable from 0.1 to 60 sec
by software and added to response time.
6 General conditions
6.1 Installation conditions
The transmitter can be directly flanged in any position.
Preferably in such a position that the process flange
axes are vertical. Deviations from this can cause a shift
in the zero, which can be corrected. The electronic
housing can be rotated through 360°and can be fixed
in any position. A stop prevents the housing being
turned too far. The minimum bend radius of the
capillary of 75mm, is strictly prohibited winding!
