JOB DESCRIPTION<br />Job Title:Office AdministratorReporting To:DirectorLocation:SolihullBenefits:Generous Holiday EntitlementProbationary Period:Hours of Work:9 – 5.30, Mon to Fri (4/5 Days)Salary Range: £6 - £12 per hour depending on experienceOther InformationGrowing electrical installation company is seeking an all round Office Administrator.<br />Job Purpose:<br />Providing full administration, customer service and marketing for this small but growing company<br />Main Responsibilities:<br />Providing full range of administration including typing correspondence, filing, faxing, photocopying etcUpdating in-house databases with customer informationResponsible for dealing with customer queries and processing relevant ordersProcessing invoicing and tax issuesBooking Security Services and appointments for engineers and installersMarketing through social networking eg: facebook, Twitter etc<br />Scope of Role:<br />Reports to the Director<br />Experience and Skills:<br />Office admin experience essentialIT skills required including MS Office packagesHigh levels of Literacy and NumeracyMust be highly organized and able to rely on own initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWould suit friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing person who enjoys working in a hands on office environment<br />
