Donde:
A = Ingresos de Personal (Altas)
IAI= Ingresos de Personal Absoluto
B = Salida de Personal (Bajas)
IBI=Salidas de Personal Absoluto
Ei = N° Empleados Inicial del mes
Ef = N° Empleados al final del mes
E = Empleados en el Mes
Índice de Rotación de Personal
Condición (A≠B)
Parte superior: Se considera como numerador a la suma
de (A+(-B)) o (A-B), Dividido entre su denominador (2) el
resultado se divide entre:
Parte Inferior: Se considera como numerador a la suma de
(Ei+Ef), Dividido entre su denominador (2)
Condición: (A=B)>0. IRP absoluto. (+,-)

En la grafica cuando el Indice de Rotación de Personal "IRP", Es
igual a una "/" . Indica que tenemos un "IRP" Absotulo(+,-) . Lo
cual significa que la Alta es igual a la Baja (A = B) pero mayor
a "0". Ejemplo: (A=B)>0

En la grafica cuando el IndicedeRotación dePersonal "IRP", Es
igual a una "_" . Indica quetenemos un "IRP cero"0". Significa
queno hubo Rotación dePersonal.
