Annual Limits:

Preventative Care: Student health coverage is
required to provide preventive services without costsharing.
Lifetime Limits: Plan may not impose lifetime limits
Pre-existing condition limitations: Plans may not
impose pre-existing condition limitation on those
younger than age 19.
