Just admit it, you all wish you could afford to buy Christian Louboutin’s new range of footwear each season but for roughly £500 a pair, why spend that amount of money on just 1 pair when you can buy 100 from the Everything5Pounds website?

Designer shoes what do they mean to you
1.
2. Just admit it, you all wish you could afford
to buy Christian Louboutin’s new range of
footwear each season but for roughly £500 a
pair, why spend that amount of money on
just 1 pair when you can buy 100 from the
Everything5Pounds website?
3. What is it that makes
designer labels so
prestigious?
4.
5. It could be anything from the quality of the shoe,
to the style or just the thought that you could have
the same pair of shoes as Beyoncé or Victoria
Beckham. But really, how much better are
designer shoes than your average everyday shoes
which you buy at high street shops or on our
online store? Let’s take a look and compare shoes.
6.
7. On the left we have our £5 Diamante Trim Satin Court
Shoes and on your right we have Christian Louboutin’s
Princess Glitter Heels which will set you back £495. So
what’s the big difference? Well of course if you know
anything about Christian Louboutin’s shoes then you’ll
know it has that distinctive red sole, but what else makes
them worth £490 more?
8. We know that adding a designer label to shoes
makes them way more expensive but are you really
just paying for the brand name? Look at it in this
perspective, if our shoes on the left from
Everything5Pounds had the Christian Louboutin
designer label on them, would you look at them
differently? Would that make them appear more
appealing or do you just see them as an average pair
of shoes?
9.
10. As for boots we have our £5 Studded Buckle Side
Calf Boots on the left and a pair of £550 Mulberry
Atholl ankle boots on the right. Now obviously the
Mulberry ones are real leather and the E5P ones
aren’t but they look quite similar, they both have
buckles and are roughly the same style. So what’s so
wrong about buying cheap women’s boots?
11. Fashion is constantly changing and because of
this, so will your shoes so what’s the point in
spending hundreds of pounds on a pair of
women’s boots you’ll only wear for a few seasons
when you can spend much less money and carry
on revamping your wardrobe each month? If it’s
the second one take a look at the E5P Range of
Womens Boots.
12.
13. Lastly we have a pair of basic flats with a bit of gold
detailing. One major difference is that the E5P pair on
the left are £5 and the pair on the right are a £335 Gucci
pair. Now flats needs to be comfortable and worn in
properly so you avoid those nasty blisters. The Gucci pair
are made from real leather and of course it’s a light gold
detail at the front and they are made in Italy which is a
famous country for making good, quality shoes.
14. The pair on the left are made from a faux leather
material but after wearing them for a while they’ll
soon be more comfortable. So would you spend
an extra £330 on a pair of flats? If you want a
decent, quality pair of leather flats you don’t have
to spend designer money as many of your high
street stores will sell real leather ones at a
reasonable price.
15. Of course it would be nice to be able to have that
luxury of being able to spend loads of money on
shoes, but when you look at how much more you
can buy for your money, is having that designer
label really worth it? What would you rather have,
1 pair of shoes or 100 pairs?
