5. Arranged employ- this factor is possible when a Canadian employer extends an offer of full time
permanent employment in Canada for a foreign skilled worker. Arranged employment is one of
the ways to qualify Canada permanent resident visa. Under this factor maximum 10 points
are awarded.
6. Adaptability- maximum 10 points are awarded under this factor. Points are awarded on the basis
of factors which are expected to improve applicant’sability to become economically establish in
Canada.
In addition to fulfilling the selection factors and point’s requirements, applicants are required to show they
have sufficient settlement fund to support themselves and their accompanying dependents in Canada.
Applicants must undergo security clearance and medical examination as a part of Canadian immigration
