Description of Premises & Facilities
Our Restaurant will be located at Sugandha Beach, Kolatoli,
Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh. We are buying 3000 sqft area
for our “Sea Food” Restaurant. One basement is for Parking
Lot which can hold approximately 150 cars. Our restaurant
is consisting of two floors & can hold almost 300 people.

Our Restaurant will be located in Sugandha Beach
Rd, Cox’s Bazar. Because Cox’s Bazar is a tourist
place. The world’s largest sea beach is here. The
transportation facilities are also easy in Cox’s Bazar.
Reason for choosing Cox’s Bazar location
Sugandha Beach Rd, Cox’s Bazar is a crowded area
most of the schools, banks, residence are located in
this area. Moreover Sugandha Beach Rd, Cox’s
Bazar is a popular place & people often used to visit
this place.

that may affect employees. Due to poor labor law and
increasing number of welfare organizations in the country,
the workers sometimes want to fulfill unfair means. This is
why nowadays the organizations signed the Job
Specification and Job Description so that they are totally
aware of the situation and later they can’t raises their
voice. The purpose of policy is to provide guidelines for
administering a modified duty program. We have
considered certain areas in which we will reveal details of
our work policy.

Price says a lot about a product we offer young people so
many things better than fast food at lower price.

“Sea Food” will implement a strong sales promotion
strategy. Advertising will be secondary.
Sales promotions and public relation strategies will
work together to inform customers of new products, to
encourage an image of community involvement for “Sea
Food” and to limit environmental impact.

to the best of our knowledge and experience.
21. Conclusion
“Sea Food” Restaurant will be a completely traditional food and
foreign foods restaurant of Bangladesh. We have focused on our
traditional food and foreign menus with a touch of cultural
influence. The menu will be inspired from different regions
specialties and appeal to a diverse customers. The menu will be
developed and promote the menu every 6-7 months, but it is
promised to keep the favorite.‟ Prices will be competitive with other
upscale in the area. The main purpose of “Sea Food” Restaurant is
to familiar the traditional food to the local people of Bangladesh as
well as to the tourists. However, it is the strategy of “Sea Food”
Restaurant to give a perception of higher value than its competitors,
through its food and services. Most important matter of “Sea Food”
Restaurant is the financial success and it will be achieved by
offering high-quality services and delicious traditional food. It has
been created financial projections based on the experience and
knowledge of the area and hope to do so.
