QHDA (Qatar Human Development Agency)
is a company I founded in 2018 with a vision
and passion to help businesses do better by
developing their employees.
It has been a bulky road and the business was
struggling not being able to generate
substantial interest from clients. Therefore,
the focus of this project is to improve the way
the product is presented and sold to clients..

As an entrepreneur, I have always been doing the same mistake: I would invent
solutions and services, which I thought were very valuable, but clients didn’t need
them, it was always a hard sale.
Octalysis opened my eyes to better understand my clients and rewired me to think
in terms of how I can deliver on their core drivers. Excited to see where it will take
my entrepreneurial efforts!
