• Je krijgt 50 kaartjes met beschrijvingen van
  content-items van het ProRail intranet.
• Groepeer de kaartjes op een voor jou
  logische manier.
• Label de groepjes.

Observeerders: Probeer te begrijpen waarom
de gebruikers deze indeling maken. Stel
vragen (maar zonder te sturen/oordelen)
• Je krijgt 50 kaartjes met beschrijvingen van
  content-items van het ProRail intranet.
• Leg ieder kaartje bij de categorie waar jij
  het vindt passen. Vind je het nergens
  passen, leg het dan opzij.

Observeerders: Kijk met welke kaartjes de
gebruikers moeite hebben om in te delen.

