Internship Program for Digital Designer | Job Description
Type: Part Time Digital Design Intern (Time varies based on school requirements and individual basis- minimum of 12
hours/week)
Location: The Heart of Downtown Milwaukee
Duration: Semester- one year program. You may start as early as April/ Early May.
Overview: Finn Digital Agency is seeking a motivated digital design Intern to assist in designing and developing interactive
media, while gaining valuable, real-life work experience. This individual will receive hands-on training throughout the entire
internship program in an atmosphere that fosters learning and innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be required to work on multiple projects within a group setting and
perform tasks, while working independently. This position is an integral part of the Finn Digital Agency team and works closely
with various individuals, specifically the interactive director and interactive designer. This is an ideal opportunity to gain a solid
understanding, exposure, and experience to interactive design in a professional setting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Motivated and capable of learning new skill sets; a self starter
• Quick on their feet and can handle working independently or in a group settings
• Maintain a professional attitude
• Must be comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (including PS, IND, AI, DW), MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and
HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT (a plus)
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Must be an undergraduate enrolled in graphic design, pr/communication, marketing, or television/film program

interactive media, while gaining valuable, real-life work experience. This individual will receive hands-on training throughout the
entire internship program in an atmosphere that fosters learning and innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be required to work on multiple projects within a group setting and
independently successfully execute tasks. This position is an integral part of the Finn Digital Agency team and works closely
with various individuals, specifically the technology director and other developers, as well as project managers and designers.
This is an ideal opportunity to gain a solid understanding, exposure, and experience of the various technologies used to
produce interactive media in a professional setting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Motivated and capable of learning new skill sets; a self starter
• Quick on their feet and can handle working independently or in a group settings

• Must be comfortable with HTML, CSS
• Practitioner of web standards and best practices
• Basic understanding of coding structure, procedure and logic
• Solid verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be an undergraduate enrolled in information systems, internet technology, computer science, or similar program
Preferred Skills a Plus:
• Experience in an object – oriented programming language
• Javascript
• Integration of front-end templates with back-end functionality
• Experience with database-driven sites

Overview: Finn Digital Agency is seeking a motivated, organized, and well-spoken project manager intern to assist with
planning, coordinating, and managing technology/design driven projects to ensure that goals are accomplished and in line
with business objectives within a predetermined time frame and budget. This individual will receive hands-on training
throughout the entire internship program and gain valuable, real-life work experience in an atmosphere that fosters learning
and innovation.
Duties and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be required to assist in managing multiple projects with several
key members, as well as execute tasks independently. This position is an integral part of the Finn Digital Agency team and
works closely with various individuals including the technology directo, interactive director, project director, developers, and
designers. This is an ideal opportunity to gain a solid understanding, exposure, and experience in planning, coordinating, and
managing interactive projects in a professional setting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Maintain a professional attitude
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable with MS Project & Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to develop and deliver projects using (or learn) leading-edge technology
• Ability to communicate needs and schedules to internal staff and clients, as well as ensure that plans are in place and
standards are adhered to
• Must be an undergraduate enrolled in project management, business management, or related program
Preferred Skills a Plus:
• Solid understanding of current technologies
• Some experience with quality assurance testing
• Ability to manage internal and external development projects from inception to successful implementation
