We wanted to partner with Meet & Engage to help build our employer brand and transform the way we interact with our candidates both
current and future.
9. PASSIVE CANDIDATES
We introduced monthly sessions with our business leaders, giving passive candidates the opportunity to
engage with Capco and find out more about our business and strategic direction before they apply
formally on line.
CURRENT PIPELINE
We have introduced bi weekly Q&A sessions with all candidates who are in our current process. The live
chat is a creative way to give candidates the opportunity to ask recruiters questions about the process
and Capco over all.
INTERNALLY
We are currently piloting internal conversations to keel the business involved with “Partner Spotlights” .
Enabling our current employee community to stay in touch and meet our leadership team and voice their
opinions. Many of our consultants are based on client site so it’s a great way to keep in touch.
