The Prom Glitzz program by
Fitz Design provides unequalled
 support for retail florists with
the leadership and assistance of
     their local wholesalers.

                                    2
• The next step in the Fitz Design
marketing plan is to make the 16 year
old girl aware of our products in an
effort to generate more sales to the
  retail florists.
• This goal is best accomplished in a team
effort with Fitz Design and the florists.

                                              3
• Advertising in national prom magazines

exclusively at your Prom Glitzz Florist!”

                                              4
Here are some examples of prom
           magazines
   Each magazine distributes,
 on average, 1.2 million copies.
                                   5
• The Prom Glitz media kit, required
purchase, to help you promote your store
as a featured Prom Glitzz Florist.
• Each Prom Glitzz kit will include

   – 12 school posters
   – 100 post cards with images of the
ads for mailing or passing out to
     prom students.
   – Website link for a number of
     additional resources

                                             6
• PromGlitzz.com will feature
  images and more information
  about Prom Glitzz.
• There will be a zip code search for
teens to be able to find you as a
  featured Prom Glitzz Florist
  near them.

                                        7
• By actively promoting your prom
    business.
• Conducting a minimum of 3 events to
meet the goal - make the 16 year old
    girl aware of our products.
• Have a physical display in your store.
• Purchasing the advertising media kit.

                                             8
• The Prom Glitzz program is not for every florist,
it is for florists who are dedicated to creatively
  marketing their prom business.
• We have determined that a florist who is actively and
creatively marketing their prom business should have at
least 75 Fitz Design items in stock, meeting our
definition of “being actively in the prom business”
• These 75 items are broken up into 2 groups.
• The first group is required items = 15 items, which will
be featured in our magazine ads.
• The remaining 60 items are your choice enabling a
perfect fit in your market and your business model.
• Place your order for the required media kit.

                                                        9
Required Items

                 10
Required items - explanation

• The 15 required items are those that will be
featured in our magazine ads and most often
  in our social media posts.
• Every Prom Glitzz Florist must have these
available for teen comes in looking for them.
Enabling a completed sale and making their
  prom dream come true!

                                                  11
Conduct At Least 3 Events
• An event can be any number of things that line up
with the goal. The best ones get you out of the
  store and into your community.
• Here are some examples:
   – Going to the schools
   – Have an open house
   – Have an event with your Prom All Stars
   – Be creative, have unique events.
   – Have fun

                                                      12
• These events are the key to
accomplishing the goal of making the
16 year old girl aware of our products.
• This program is most successful when
we all get out in front of today’s teens.
• We have to be in front of the customers,
both where they are and brining them
    into your stores.

                                                13
• The first step to qualify as a featured
Prom Glitzz florist is to sign up and
  turn in your order form.
• Fill out the “joining” form
• Turn in your order for your required
  items.
• Turn in your order for additional items
that will take you to a total of 75 Fitz
Design items you will be stocking in the
  spring.

                                             14
• Turn your Prom Glitzz forms
  and orders in right away.
• The fastest way is through your
  wholesaler.
• Once you have completed this
step you will be signed up and
  receive your product and your
  media kit!
                                    15
What to do next
• Step 2a – You will need to send in your list
of events, including, dates, times and
  locations to Fitz Design.
• Step 2b – You will need to send in a photo
  of your physical display.
• Your wholesaler can help you with these
  steps also.
• You will be listed on the Prom Glitzz
website and entered into the zip code search
  once these steps are completed.

                                                 16
Clarification for companies
with more than one location.

      • Retailers with more than
        one location will have to
        qualify for each location.

                                     17
• Mass Market florists can also
join the Prom Glitzz program if
  they qualify individually with
  all the requirements.
• This is by location, not by
  company.
• Each location has to qualify on
  their own.
