All mature organisations will have a sound process for monitoring performance against set standards. This simple yet effective HSE weekly inspection form provides line managers with a tool to do that.
This tool will allow personnel to conduct inspection, record results, allocate corrective actions and follow through to completion.
The Form 007 is provided in word so it can be customised to your organisation and supports the Health, Safety and Environmental Plan 001 which can be found on this site.
