The project titled “Electronic–Distributor and Reseller Network Administration” is a
simple e-Commerce application. The developed system covers the scope of the traditional
system by means of taking online enquires to the company through the Reseller - Distributor
Network without violating the channel policies wherein the online system adopted has
increased the overall scope of the entire network by means of increased sales. The top
executives of the company are kept informed about the progress of the products movements at
each stage, such that there is a tab as to whether the products are dispatched or received by
the reseller.

“Online Customer Care Product”

The online customer care project is a vital component. Customer can be in touch with
the Online Customer Care Desk 24x7. They can have the user-friendly interfaces to post
requests, know about their request statuses and also about the previous solutions given to the
requests. The Home Page contains Links not only for Home, Contact Us, Etc, but also for ‘Login-
For-Employee’, ‘Post-a-Query’, ‘Previous-Solutions’ and ‘Query-Status’ which must be
redirected to their respective pages (via authorization check wherever required).
A click on Post Query link redirects you to the Post a query page where the insertion of the
query along with name of the customer who posted the query, contact no, etc will be done in
the respective tables.

This Hospital Management System is a system provides a better help to the hospital
staffs and doctors to look after their business. It also reduces the problems in the existing
systems like patient details entry (whether inpatients or outpatients) and managing the

“Tax Control Management System”
At present the queuing phenomenon always appears in the tax service hall, since the tax
service window has a heavier load to manage the tax. The implementation of the tax self-
service system can provide convenient and efficient self-service for the taxpayer; it can improve
and optimize the quality of the tax service; so can reduce the queuing time. The tax self-service
system plays the role of cutting off the apex and filling up the valley. On the whole, it
distributes the quantity of the business operations, and it reduces the pressure in managing the
tax in peak time. It decreases the queuing phenomenon effectively and thus the system plays
the role of cutting off the apex. In this paper, the architecture, the software and hardware
design methods of the tax self-service system are proposed.

The objective of this document is to provide doctor with a kit which contains tools
(Software tools) which will provide ease in handling their patients. This software helps the
doctors to have a complete record of their patients. It also helps the patients in contacting their

which gives him/her information as per their daily schedule (appointments). It also provides a
feature of setting priority for the emergency. A special package is provided to the doctors based
