  17. Here’s a screenshot from one of the business that I helped start and grow. As you can see down at the bottom here this business had 8.659 million in gross sales over the last two years in operation. This business was sold for multiple 7-figures in 2015. That’s a pretty good payday. And the reason we could do that is because we created a business whereby a new owner could come in and run it without us. They could still make the same amount of revenue and more because of the systems, strategies, products, support and marketing funnels we had in place. There are companies out there that will buy your business in the same fashion when you are ready to sell. In fact the company that bought this one out is a $20million a year company.
  18. Here’s another one of my businesses that generated $1.7 million in its last 30 months of operation and was sold for 7-figures in 2015. With the systems and funnels I had in place, I had a lot of free time to spend with family, travel, play golf and do the things I love to do. What’s more, we built a database of 6323 customers during that period of time too.
  19. It’s the same formula I’ve used to generate $10mm in online revenue and I’m going to help you apply it starting today.
  20. The 80/20 rule is what allows you to go farther faster as a business owner. It’s the one thing that can instantly help you jump into hyperspeed. This is the part of my 6-step formula that deals with a shift in mindset and that’s why it is so important to talk about first.
  21. This is an image of the Cash Flow Quadrant. It was first talked about by best selling author Robert Kyosaki who wrote rich dad poor dad. As a business owner you are on the right side of the quadrant. That said, if you are treating your business more like a self-employed person rather than a business owner you aren’t using this wealth building vehicles full potential. You see self-employed people essentially own a job, or rather their business owns them. They have no leverage, meaning that the more they work, the more they make. A business owner on the other hand owns a system or multiple systems that enable them to leverage many different things. Their income doesn’t depend on active work but rather building duplicable systems that allow them to use the power of leverage. This is where you want to be as a business owner. Anything less is just essentially owning a job.
  22. Imagine that you owned a ferarri. Would you agree that a ferrari can take you farther faster than just about any car out there? Ok. Now imagine that you could never get your ferrari out of first gear. How fun would that be? How far could you go and how fast could you get there? Well it wouldn’t be fun and you would go no where in a hurry and eventually you’d ending burning out the transmission or blowing up the engine. This, unfortunately is how a lot of busy business owners are running their business. Your business is like a ferarri. It can take you farther faster than any other wealth building vehicle.
  23. What is first gear you ask?
  24. In other words are you wearing all of the hats in your business and trying to do everything? Do you ever have a hard time delegating stuff because you think you can do it better than one of your employees or someone else? If so you are probably stuck in first gear and you are not using the 80/20 principle. Are you mistaking activity for productivity? Are you so focused on doing things right that you forget to do the right things to build and grow your business? Do you mistake busyness for business? If so you definitely are mistaking being self-employed with being a business owner.
  25. If you are already online you may be thinking… I already have a website. Remember, the traditional website is the old model. A lead and sales funnel is the new model that works to create massive leverage in your business which ultimately leads to more profits for you. I’m going to show you exactly what an online lead and sales funnel is. First, however, let me tell you why you need one.
  26. Did you know that it costs McDonalds $1.91 in advertising to get you into the drive through...? And when they sell you a burger for $2.09, they ONLY make $0.18...  And yet... when they upsell you fries and a coke for $1.77 more, they make (and more importantly KEEP $1.32 profit).   Yes, 8 times the profit of the initial sale!
  27. So what does that have to do with you? Well, If you're like most people who sell stuff online, you've setup a website, and you started selling your product. Just like McDonalds, though, even if people are buying it, often times, after your advertising costs, you're probably not left with enough to even cover your hosting bills. :( And that's when you realize that if you want to make it online, you can't sell or even collect leads from a flat website.
  28. Instead of having people go through a drive-in window however... …online they go through a "capture page" where you can gather their contact information and follow up with them through email, phone or sms text messaging. Then instead of selling them a burger, you sell them your services or product through multiple channels such as a sales page, automated follow-up, over the phone or live and in person. And while you’re probably not going to offer your customers fries and a coke… you could upsell them on your other products and services…  You have seen it work at McDonald’s, you have seen it work on Amazon...
  29. Where website visitors can come in the top... And cash comes out the bottom...
  30. This is what we call a Sales Funnel…
  31. So which type of sales funnel should you use? Well, a lot of that depends on which type of company you own. There are certain types of sales funnels for authors, speakers, coaches and consultants... And there are different types of funnels for services based businesses... Yes, that means all you chiropractors, dentists, realtors, or pretty much ANY other type of service business... there are special funnels just for you. I don't care if you're selling information, supplements, physical products or services... If you have a business, there is a funnel that will work for you!
  32. If you’re selling a new product or you want to get your information out to the market place in a lightning fast manner you could create a Product launch Funnel.
  33. Or if you are selling a service such as consulting or a software of some kind you could create a webinar funnel.
  34. If you are selling physical products you could create a real stuff funnel.
  35. If you are running an offline company you’d probably benefit from the “Fishbowl” funnel. We use it to help brick and mortar companies generate leads in their local area.

  37. So if you want to triple your current business revenue in 2017 then you MUST become Systems minded and build systems for everything in your business. This is an absolute must and here’s why…
  38. Because a system is something that you stick to emphatically and methodically. It’s something that is repeatable and duplicable and therefore something that you can depend on to get predictable results from. Having systems also gives you a real business that becomes a real asset that can be sold for many multiples of your revenue later on down the road of that’s what you choose to do. A company without systems is not a business.
  39. No matter what your business sells you must become a master at follow-up. To do this you need to think in terms of finding the information and education in what you do and leading with it. Educating & Nurturing your prospects is key to the follow-up process and it allows you to sell your product or service without being cheesy or salesy.
  40. Here’s a harsh reality… most people don’t buy online right away. The sales cycle looks something like this: First comes the awareness phase where your prospect identifies a need or an opportunity. Then they begin their research and exploration. Maybe the stumble across your website. If it doesn’t grab their attention and satisfy their immediate need for information they leave within 9 seconds. That’s it. You have 9 seconds online to make a sale the first time around. If you don’t somehow capture their attention and capture their information that prospect may be gone for good. Next they move into the Consideration Phase where they determine a solution strategy and select a vendor or product. If you were able to capture their information and nurture the relationship through information and education theirs is a high chance that they are going to choose you over someone else. Finally comes the decision phase and this is where they analyze the vendors and products and make the purchasing decision. This sales cycle in theory could happen immediately but most likely it will not.
  41. In fact, most sales experts agree that it takes at least 7 exposures for someone to even consider your offer. The more you can expose your information and offer to your prospect the higher the chance you will be the one to provide the solution to their problem.
  42. This is why having an automated follow-up marketing machine in place is key! When your prospect is ready to buy you will be at the very front of the list.

You need to know 8 Key Performance Indicators also known as KPI. CPL – Cost per lead. This is how much it costs you to get a lead for your business. CPS – This is how much it costs you to get a sale for your business. CPC – This is how much it costs you to get click to one of your online ads. CPR – If you are running webinars or live events this is how much it costs you to get on registrant. AOV – This is the average value of every order or sale that comes into your business. CR – This is the rate at which you are converting leads or people who see or hear your offer into paying customer or clients. LTCV – This is how much each customer is worth to you over the lifecycle of that customer or client. Retention vs attrition – This is the rate at which you retain repeat customers or clients vs losing those customer or clients business.
