2. Um milagre de
Natal = A
Christmas miracle
We helped the volunteers in Casa
da Juventude. But we had a special
task – to create a Christmas theater
play and present it to different
target groups: children, people with
disabilities and to other guests in
Casa da Juventude.

3. Music in our play
We used Ukrainian and Kurdish traditional music in
the play and wrote a closing song.
Here we sing a famous Ukrainian Christmas song

4. Ozan and his musical instruments
Ozan is Kurdish. He lives in
Istanbul and works as a music
teacher. I will miss him but
maybe we will meet againg
one day in the Middle East.
The photo is from our New
Eve party. One of the
happy moment in that
raining season.

5. Other activities
We had an opportunity to join personal project of other
volunteers (on the photo we are doing Architecture of my
inner world organized by Büşra), Spanish classes (Sandra),
helping on farms or vinery, participating in demostrations
…travelling to Lisboa, Porto, Coimbra, Braga, Galicia;
learning Eastern music; meeting volunteers from other
projects.

7. The Organisation (AMC, CJ) support every good initiative of a volunteer. Those
initiatives can become a part of the project. Creative atmosphere is always
present during the work and challenges are met with a decisive action and
advice from the coordinators´ side.
