Young entrepreneurs was a Youth Exchange project in frame of Erasmus+ Programme finance by European Commision. In frame of that project, polish team prepared a final presentation to share with local youngsters and other interested people

• BUSINESS CANVAS - working on Business Model Canvas Template focusing on 9
important elements, such as: customer segment, value proposition, channels,
revenue streams, key resources, customer relationship, key activities, key
partnership, cost structure.
• FREE AFTERNOON:
- hiking in the mountains
- trip to the nearby lakes

• INTRODUCTION TO THE SKILLS FOR RUNNING THE BUSINESS (brainstorming the specific
skills which make a perfect business person in groups, then drawing a picture of such a
person and presenting in public)
• WORKING ON BUSINESS IDEAS (choosing a specific object and branding it: creating a
website/social media page, advertising campain including video commercial, leaflets, etc.)
• PRESENTING BUSINESS IDEAS (presenting advertising campains and receiving feedback
from the others)
