BASIC FUNCTION & SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senior HR officers have the duty of managing the learning and professional development of an organization’s
workforce. They assess the needs and performance of the employees, facilitate schemes and arrange training/
interview/ meeting days.
Principal Responsibilities
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal
schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
.
• Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the
organization and the individual.
• Perform Appraisal Activity bi-annually.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires.
• Evaluating training and development programs
• Maintain proper records and report of all employee meetings and trainings.
• Hiring staff – advertising and initial interviews
• Keeping employee records
• Developing HR policies and procedures
• Updating upcoming training calendar
• Collection of training material from the employees attended training
• Checking/preparing divisions field force monthly expenses
• To do Exit Interview of every resign employee in M&S.
• To assist Manager HR in the making of newsletter
• Suggest and implement, Creative Ideas which result in improvement / Cost Saving for the
company
