Annual inflation rose from 0.3% in February to 0.9% in March. Annual average inflation decreased from 3.3% in Feb-
ruary to 3.0% in March, which marked the lowest level since September 2002. As a result, average inflation remains
well below the Central Bank’s target of 5.0% for 2015.

vnd, of which the state sector gained 16.7 trillion vnd, accounted for 9.6%; the non-state sector achieved 142.3
trillion vnd, accounted for 82%; and the FDI sector obtained 14.7 trillion vnd, accounted for 8.4%.

the lowest growth for the last 10 years.

Total cement consumption in quarter 1 of whole country decreased slightly, with 91% compared with the same pe-
riod 2014 and get 19% of 2015 plan. There are many projects kept long Lunar New Year holiday and Festivals in Lu-
nar January. That’s why the figure of cement domestic consumption was down. However, according Building Mate-
rial Ministry, domestic market will be more stable when the projects back to work.
