2. Introduction
In this work we will be talking about how to
form a business proposal and how to manage
it in the future.

3. Purpose
The purpose of a business proposal is to
convince the reader to see the world in the
same way that you do. Your main goal when
writing a business proposal is to persuade the
reader to make a change that will make your
proposed idea a reality.

1.What is the importance of the business proposal?
A business proposal describes the purpose and scope of a
Project. This is useful before a Project is carried out, as it
ensures that both parties agree on what the Project itself
Will include. It indicates to the decision maker or
stakeholder that the service provider understands the
scopes of the Project.
2.What are the types of business proposals?
Formally requested, informally requested, unsolicited,
continuation, renewal, supplementary.
3.What are the advantages of business proposals?
A business proposal provides a detailed explanation of the
goals you have, how you will conduct business and what
expenses and profit you can expect; it's a road map for
your company that, in theory, anyone should be able to
follow if the proposal is written well enough.
A business plan has the following
objectives:
•Define the business opportunity.
•Allow a market study that
provides the information required
to carry out a correct positioning of
the product or service.
•Determine with reasonable
certainty the economic viability of
the Project.

5. Explanation of project
Hi boss, this time I bring you a new business opportunity and
success if you agree to invest in a new hotel that may be one
of the best in the country.
The hotel could contain places to play, swimming pools with
slides and also a lot of security so that no one gets hurt in the
facilities, there would also be places to rest such as rooms and
also arcade games and sports halls.
The name of the hotel would be: Oasis, hotel and resorts.

6. Findings
One of the findings that we managed to achieve in
this project is that a business proposal is the initial
form that the first notions of the company to be
created acquire, presenting as essential
characteristics the identification of a need, a way to
satisfy it through a product, in return for which a
profit is expected. A business proposal is important
because it is essential for an organization because it
defines and delimits the general strategy of the
company to achieve its objectives in a given time.
This helps to visualize scenarios, prospect, prepare
and take action.

7. Conclusions
In conclusion, we managed to learn
what a business proposal is and how
to prepare one. The most interesting
and the best part of this project was
working and including ideas on the
business proposal that we created as a
group.
