Millennials can be considered job “hoppers” who prefer not to be “confined” by their location or role. Millennials more than any other generation appear to have a higher level of comfort with government involvement. Millennials have a limited understanding about finances but that could be due to lack of experience – they have relied on Mom and Dad. Millennials are cause-driven, both as consumers and employees.
