relief or cash transfer programs

Ideal Targeting Practices
• Enquire from local NDMA office on areas that have not been targeted
by other programs to avoid duplication
• Ensure area is accessible with time and resources available
• Work with area chief/leaders to mobilize community
• Let the community identify beneficiaries as per set criteria
• Verify list of beneficiaries by reading out loud the names of intended
beneficiaries to community to weed out double household
registrations or those benefiting from other programs

• Ink pad
• Meal cards (optional)
