worldwide to meet Brazilian’s importation goals and requirements. Provided overall project management of Supply-chain, Financial, Fiscal,
Legal and IT team. Built, trained and led an expert pool of employees and suppliers, to ensure international transportation optimization,

2002-2004: Logistics Manager
Developed the 10-year Global Logistics Strategy of the company, evaluating and locating warehouses to optimize national upstream and
downstream flows. Drew detailed plans for the first target logistics center of 300,000 sq ft. Recruited and trained warehouse manager and
key staff to ensure the transfer of 1.5 M items to the company’s new distribution center of over105,000 sq ft.
Made the first Brazilian logistics center project to be sanctioned by the Logistics board of Decathlon’s Group.

Built and managed a tailor made solution to receive, consolidate and deliver, within 4 days, 200,000 items to completely stock

the pilot Mega-store of Sao Paulo for its opening day.
2000-2002: Exportation / Importation Manager
Created the exportation department of the newly launched subsidiary. Built a pool of reliable logistics suppliers and a team able to handle
over 70% of growth per year for the first 3 years. Adapted activity to manufacturing delays, providing airway solutions to meet European
delivery deadlines. Managed composite inventory and developed packing material solutions within the domestic industry. Devised and
implemented a purchase simulation tool for imported goods and coordinated purchasing team during the selection of goods manufactured
abroad.
5 M items exported from 2000 to 2002 with an annual growth over 70%.
