Lenten Regulations for 2009
Ash Wednesday, February 25, and Good Friday, April 10, are days of fast and abstinence.
Fridays of Lent are days of abstinence.
Fasting is to be observed by all eighteen years of age and Abstinence is observed by all fourteen years of age

Friday Simple Meal and Stations of the Cross
A simple communal meal of meatless soup and bread
will be served in the school cafeteria at 6:00pm
(Participation in the Lenten Meal is a way of showing
our solidarity with the poor and hungry).
Stations of the Cross at 7:00 pm
The Knights of Columbus will host their annual
Family Fish Fry on Friday, April 3.

What is a simple Lenten meal? It is a meal of meatless
soup and bread. Through our participation in this meal we
show our solidarity with the poor and hungry of the world.
