PILGRIMS PILGRIMS
They left England on a ship called  the   Mayflower Mayflower Mayflower
The Pilgrims inside the  Mayflower .
They went to America to start a new life in 1620. England   America
The Pilgrims arrived at Plymouth,  America  in 1620.
Life was very difficult.  The Pilgrims’ crops wouldn’t grow.
They were soon dying of hunger. I’m hungry!
A native Indian decided to help the Pilgrims.  His name was Squanto and he belonged to the Wampanoag tribe.
Squanto and his people gave the Pilgrims food and taught them how to hunt, fish and grow corn. HUNT FISH GROW CORN
