be able to "step up to the plate" when
the time comes.

like to get to know, but then they feel a

of course, I'm nervous, but if I ever DO
see a girl that's my type, I'll have NO
PROBLEM walking over there.

11. Until then, I'm a super ninja observer
of society."

12. Unless you're dating several super
models and you're super happy with
your relationships with females, you're
likely doing this all the time.

13. This is common, and all people do it.

the need to "practice" social skills.

better and more comfortable at public

better at, the more you practice, they
better you'll get.

23. How do you practice?

24. Simply take whatever level you're good
at, and push the comfort zone a bit.
Then practice like anything else.
Choose 30 minutes, where you'll do
nothing but practice.

25. Just like you'd spend 30 minutes
practicing scales on the piano, or down
at the dojo or the gym.

26. You don't practice the piano or martial
arts whenever you have the
opportunity, do you?

27. No, you make time to practice.

28. And when you practice, you drill
yourself.

at.

every single day, and practice doing
