and poultry twice a week. For the
30% thrice a week is also a choice.
• The most common snacks for our
fellow students are fruits or
vegetables. Crisps are not such a
popular choice for a snack
(only 10%).

eat twice a week. For 13 out of 100 students, four times a week is
also a habit.

canteen. Fruit is chosen less regularly
as a school snack (only by 2% of the
students).

Almost half of the students exercise daily!
Only 2% answered never.
10. Although a great percentage (almost 50%) of the students
thought that unhealthy food plays a big role in their daily
routine, the results of the survey show that most of the
students have quite healthy eating habits:
Half of the students have a good breakfast every day, while
their preferred snacks are fruit and vegetables, consumed
almost daily by the majority!
What’s more, almost all students take some kind of exercise,
with half of them exercising on a daily basis.
